Detailed itinerary of 7 days akagera national park and gorilla trekking
Day 1: pickup and transfer to Akagera National Park
You will have communicated the hotel you will have spent a night at to your guide. In the morning after breakfast, you will be picked up and driven to Akagera national park from Kigali in the north of Rwanda which is about 2 hours’ drive to the southern gate of the park. This activity depends on the family of the golden monkey you are trekking and same as the gorillas, you will spend an hour with them watching and taking photography. Always be aware of jumping close and standing directly underneath a group in the trees because little ones can come down.
Day 7: visit Dian Fossey and transfer
