Day 1: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Arrive at the Kigali International Airport and you shall meet our driver guide who transfers you to Volcanoes National Park. En-route visit the Genocide memorials and have lunch then later you reach the park and check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Five Volcanoes Lodge.
Day 2: Gorilla Trek in Volcanoes National Park
Enjoy breakfast and later go to the park head quarters for short briefing on conduct around the Mountain Gorillas. In groups of 8 with a park ranger guide, enter the forest to trek the Mountain Gorillas for 3-5 hours. Later after a while, meet them and stay in their presence for an hour taking photos. Day 3: Dian Fossey Center & Traverse to Mgahinga National Park
Have breakfast then proceed to visit Dian Fossey center along Mount Bisoke Volcano. You are briefed o conduct as you hike to the Center then after in groups with park rangers, proceed to the Karisoke Research Center to engage an learn about the works of Dian Fossey who sacrificed her life to save that of the Mountain Gorillas that were killed a lot at the time. Enjoy breakfast the continue to traverse the Rwanda Uganda border to Mgahinga National Park.
